1. What we collect

We collect:

  • Email addresses and names (when you sign up or join the waitlist)

  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

  • Usage data (pages visited, features used) via cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics

  • Church data you voluntarily enter into the platform (member lists, donation records, etc.)

2. Why we collect it

  • To operate and improve FaithPilot

  • To send you product updates and onboarding emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)

  • To process payments

  • To understand how people use the product so we can make it better

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Ever. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — to process payments

  • Google Analytics — to understand traffic and usage (anonymized)

  • Our hosting provider — to run the infrastructure

That's it.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and to keep you logged in. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

6. Your church owns its data. Always.FaithPilot helps you manage your ministry, but your church remains in full control of its data at all times. This is not standard in this industry — and it matters.Export anytime. Download your members, groups, giving history, and attendance records whenever you need, in standard formats.No lock-in. Your church should never feel trapped inside a software platform. If you decide to leave FaithPilot, you take everything with you — no questions asked, no data held hostage.Donor privacy protected. Giving data is only visible to team members you explicitly authorize. Finance and leadership access is separate from general staff access.No advertising profiles. We never use member behavior, giving patterns, or attendance data to build advertising profiles or sell insights to third parties.You can update or delete any record at any time, directly from the platform or by contacting us at hello@faithpilot.com.

7. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to keep it longer.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children

FaithPilot is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
