1. Who we are
FaithPilot is a church management software operated by Woodify, registered in France. By using FaithPilot, you agree to these terms.
2. What FaithPilot does
FaithPilot gives your church a single tool to manage people, donations, events, and communications. It includes Gabriel AI, our built-in AI assistant.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account = one church organization.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly at a flat rate. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
5. Your data
You own your data. We don't sell it. We don't share it with third parties except to operate the service (see Privacy Policy). If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FaithPilot to send spam, store illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Uptime and availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime. We're not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, maintenance windows, or circumstances outside our control.
8. Changes to the service
We may update features over time. For Founding Church members, core pricing and functionality will not change without 60 days' advance notice.
9. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend your account immediately if we detect misuse.
10. Liability
FaithPilot is provided as-is. We're not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
